Shipping Fees

  • Domestic Shipping (Japan):

    Free shipping on all orders within Japan.

  • International Shipping:

    We offer free international shipping to Singapore, the United States, and the United Kingdom.

    • Customs Duties & Taxes: All customs duties, import taxes, and related clearance fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are not included in your purchase.

    • We currently do not ship to other countries, but we are actively working to make FumiJean available worldwide.

Delivery Timeline

  • Domestic Orders (Japan):

    Orders are dispatched on the next business day following order placement and are typically delivered the day after shipment. Please note that delays may occur due to severe weather, natural disasters, or carrier operating conditions.

  • International Orders:

    Estimated delivery is typically 7 to 14 business days from dispatch, depending on destination customs clearance and local delivery services.

  • Order Tracking:

    You can track your parcel anytime by clicking the "View your order" link in your order confirmation email.
