Shipping Fee

[Shipping within Japan] All shipping within Japan is free of charge.

[Shipping to overseas] Currently, overseas shipping is only available to Singapore. Shipping to Singapore is a flat rate of 27 Singapore dollars, which is borne by the customer. *Customers are responsible for any customs duties and import taxes that may be incurred. We do not ship to other countries, but we are currently considering ways to deliver FumiJean to people all over the world.


Delivery Information

[Delivery within Japan] Items will be shipped on the next business day after online orders are placed, and will arrive the day after the shipping date. However, please note that delays may occur due to bad weather, natural disasters, or the situation of the delivery company.

[Shipping overseas] The arrival date for overseas shipments varies depending on the destination and circumstances, but it is usually expected to take between 7 and 14 business days.

[Check your shipping status] You can check your order status by clicking the "View your order" link in the "Order Confirmation" email we will send you after you place your order.


Return Policy and Return Method

In general, we do not accept returns. Please be sure to check the contents of the product when it arrives. In the following cases, we will exchange it immediately free of charge.

  • If you receive a product that is different from the one you ordered
  • If the product is damaged, dirty, or otherwise defective

If any of the above applies to you, please contact us within one week of receiving the product, along with a photo of the affected area.

*If exchange is difficult due to stock availability, we will inform you of alternative procedures.


About hemming service

We are very sorry, but we do not offer a hemming service. In order to find the perfect length for you, we recommend that you adjust the length while wearing the item. Thank you for your understanding.

Restocking

Our store carefully produces each item in Okayama, so production may take more than six months. Therefore, we ask for your understanding that it may be difficult to get items in stock immediately. If the item you want is sold out, we will accept requests to restock, so please feel free to contact us if there is an item you want. We will make a production request and arrange for it to be delivered to you as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding.
